A ghostwriter is chosen to collaborate on a presidential candidate’s memoir in the outskirts of Maine and quickly finds herself in the middle of a murder mystery ala Agatha Christie style.

Completely told in first person, we never find out the Ghostwriters name - much like in real life - which was a unique attribute of the book. The characters were amusing and engaging, and I was rooting for these women through the entire book - excited to find out "who dun it". I found myself laughing out loud during many scenes.

While I figured out some of the mystery at the end (mostly because I am the type of person that spends her time from page one thinking of every possible outcome in competition with the writer) I didn't figure it all out and there were still some surprises! However, I was not a fan of the last few pages. I feel like it was rushed to try and wrap up the ending after the big reveal and lacked luster. However, overall, I really enjoyed this book. I gave it 4 stars and look forward to seeing how it does when released.
