Lauren Nossett’s artfully written debut, The Resemblance is an exhilarating, atmospheric campus thriller reminiscent of If We Were Villains and The Likeness.

This was a Goodread Giveaway. It started out BAM! in your face. I was excited to keep reading. It also took twists and turns that kept me interested. But there were some parts I could have done without. I won't say what so there aren't spoilers, other that the whole fire/German thing was unneeded. I also thought it talked very stereotypically of fraternities, which was a turn off.
